Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash on delivery (COD) for orders within Jordan. All online transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Yes, cash on delivery is available for all orders within Jordan. For orders above 200 JOD, advance payment is required.
Yes, all online transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card details on our servers. Payments are processed through certified payment gateways.

Delivery
Standard delivery within Amman takes 1–2 business days. Other cities in Jordan receive deliveries within 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.
Yes, we ship to GCC countries, the Middle East, and selected international destinations. International orders typically take 5–10 business days. Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order in the "My Orders" section of your account.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our customer service with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and update you as soon as possible.

Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Custom-made items and underwear are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 14 days for items in original condition. Contact customer service to initiate an exchange. Subject to stock availability. One free exchange per order; additional exchanges incur shipping fees.
Contact our customer service via email or phone with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Items must be returned in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
